Joseph Campanelli

Joseph Campanelli is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Needham Bank. He joined the bank in January of 2017.

Previously, he was the Founder and Principal of New England Community Financial for four years, and before that spent three years at Flagstar Bancorp as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
