Karl Spaay

Karl Spaay is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit analysis and management. Currently serving as AVP - Credit Analyst II at Needham Bank since November 2025, Karl previously held the position of AVP - Credit Officer at BankProv until its acquisition by Needham Bank. Prior to that, Karl worked as AVP - Credit Operations Manager at Wolf River Community Bank and as AVP - Business Credit Manager at Investors Community Bank, where Karl also held roles as Business Credit Manager and Portfolio Manager in the Business Banking Division. Earlier career experience includes positions as Senior Credit Analyst at River Valley Bank and various roles at Peoples State Bank, culminating in an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual.
