Linda Dorsey Farley is an accomplished Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently, at Needham Bank, they lead the human resources and learning & development functions. Previously, Linda served as the Director of Human Resources at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, managing HR for a large practice. Earlier positions included HR Director roles at Viisage Technology and Convergent Network Solutions, as well as consulting for Insight Performance, Inc. Linda earned a BA in English and an MBA from the College of the Holy Cross and D'Amore-McKim School of Business, respectively.
