Theresa Rigoli is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in commercial credit and portfolio management. Currently serving as AVP CRE Portfolio Manager at Needham Bank since April 2023, Theresa has previously held positions at the bank as AVP, Credit Analyst II, and Bank Officer, Credit Analyst II. Prior to their tenure at Needham Bank, Theresa enhanced commercial lending operations at MutualOne Bank and supported a high-performing sales team at PrimeTime Communities. Theresa holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from New England College of Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Framingham State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Mount Ida College.
