Timothy Orazem

Timothy Orazem has a diverse work experience in the field of investment banking. Timothy started their career at Needham & Company as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2006. Timothy then moved to Lazard, where they worked as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined TDO Holdings as a Principal from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Product Specialist at FrontRunnerHC. Following this, they joined Vizient, Inc as a Sr Market Manager in 2016 and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are an Investment Banking Associate at Lazard since 2021. Timothy will be joining Needham & Company as an Investment Banking Vice President in October 2023.

Timothy Orazem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Timothy also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and History from Boston College, and a High School Diploma from St. George's School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Diplôme de français des affaires from Le français des affaires de la CCI Paris Ile-de-France, as well as certifications in Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 63, and Series 79TO - Investment Banking Registered Representative from FINRA.
