Guillaume TONDEUR has a diverse range of work experience. Guillaume started their career at the University of Otago, where they designed a study on iodine dosage for New Zealand children. Following this, they worked at Chanabel, where they served as the Head of Mission, updating the "work hazards document" and proposing an action plan to increase safety in the workplace.

Tondeur then worked at Ninkasi Entreprises as a Technical Salesman, where they focused on commercial development and constructed dashboards to aid decision-making. Guillaume later joined LaSalle Beauvais as a Marketing Project Leader, where they highlighted the training institute's offerings and created statistical dashboards.

In 2015, Tondeur had an internship at Beendhi, a start-up producing Indian food. During their time there, they conducted marketing research, developed the digital marketing strategy, and improved the e-commerce website.

From 2016 to 2019, Tondeur worked at Branditt S.A.S as an E-marketing specialist. In this role, they conducted digital and strategic studies for brands, created acquisition and development strategies using various tools, and optimized digital projects.

In 2019, Tondeur joined BimBimGo, initially working as a Growth Hacker, then transitioning to the role of Head of Marketing, and finally as General Manager. Guillaume was responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives and driving growth.

In 2020, Tondeur worked as a Growth Hacker at Comptalib, focusing on growth strategies. Guillaume also worked as a freelance digital marketer at Growth Control, specializing in digital marketing projects.

Currently, Tondeur holds the position of Growth Marketing Engineer at NeedHelp, where they are involved in driving growth initiatives for the company.
