Sandra Zdunek

Incident Manager at NeedHelp

Sandra Zdunek has a diverse work experience. Sandra is currently serving as the Team Lead Poland at NeedHelp since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Language Teacher at Preply starting from September 2019.

Before their teaching role, Sandra served as a Service Executive at olefin. In this position, they supported the team by providing customer service to clients from around the world, focusing mainly on English speakers. Sandra initially worked with the Parisian team for a month and then joined London's team, where they worked remotely from December 2019 to March 2020.

Sandra also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Enel-Med from April 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were a Store Employee (Customer Service) at ZARA Polska from 2016 to 2017.

In 2015, Sandra gained international work experience through the Work and Travel USA program, where they worked as a Customer Service representative at Dedham Health and Athletic Complex from July 2015 to September 2015.

Sandra Zdunek completed their Bachelor's degree in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, General from the University of Lodz. Sandra pursued further education at the Uniwersytet Medyczny w Łodzi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Direct Entry Midwifery. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Public Health - MPH degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the same institution.
