Tess Pawlisch is a seasoned communications professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Needle, a communications agency focused on inspiring action and improving access to resources for individuals. Previously, Tess held key roles at The Key PR as Director of Business Development and Managing Associate, and at Run the World Digital as Lead Writer and Consultant, where award-winning communications for U.S. political campaigns were developed. Additional experience includes Senior Account Executive at Ditto PR, where strategic communications plans for startups were executed, and various roles in fundraising and communications for organizations such as The Progressive Magazine and EMILY's List. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and participated in the Elizabeth Somers Women's Leadership Program at The George Washington University.
