Amy A. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Amy began their career at The New England Center for Children in 2002, where they held various positions such as Program Specialist, Senior Consultant, and Program Director. Amy then joined Verbal Beginnings, LLC in 2017 and held roles including Director of Operations, Vice President of Center Operations, and Vice President of Quality Assurance. Most recently, they began working at NEEDS Center in 2022 as the Vice President of Special Projects.

Amy A. has an extensive education history. Amy obtained a Certificate of Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2017, where they focused on Educational Leadership and Administration. Prior to that, Amy earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School in 2016. Amy is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Additionally, Amy holds a Licensure Applied Behavior Analyst certification from the MA Board of Allied Mental Health. Lastly, they have earned the Teacher of Student with Severe Disabilities - Professional Licensure certification from the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
