Juanita Rilling

Juanita Rilling is an advisor at Needslist, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Humanitarian Advisor at Macfadden Associates from 2016 to 2018. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of the USAID Center for International Disaster Information, where they oversaw public participation in international disaster relief and recovery.

Rilling has dedicated their career to helping others in times of need. Juanita has advised and collaborated with non-profits, businesses, and media professionals on how to best utilize American generosity to help those affected by disasters. Juanita is passionate about their work and continues to help others in any way they can.

Juanita Rilling has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Maryland.
