Chamar McDonald

Chamar McDonald is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in civil engineering and sports. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter and Civil Engineer at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since June 2011, Chamar also brings experience as a Hitting Instructor at Southern Performance Institute since June 2021 and previously held the position of Head Baseball Coach at D1 Sports Training from January 2018 to June 2021. Chamar's early career includes playing professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals from June 2001 to July 2004. Chamar earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi, completing the degree in 2011, and graduated from Madison Central High School in 2001.
