Leah Selcer, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the Louisiana Hydrology and Hydraulics Lead at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Leah worked as a civil engineer at GIS Engineering, LLC from January 2017 to December 2019 and at CSRS from June 2014 to January 2017 as an Engineer Intern. Initial experience includes an internship at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. in early 2014 and an internship/student co-op at The Shaw Group from June 2009 to June 2012.
