Neel-Schaffer is a multi-disciplined engineering, planning and construction management firm that was founded in 1983 and today is one of the largest private, employee-owned engineering firms in the South, operating out of 38 offices across nine states. Based in Jackson, MS, we blanket the South, with locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Core disciplines include Transportation, Civil Site, Environmental Services, Water/Wastewater, and Support Services such as surveying, geotechnical investigation, and planning. Through these disciplines we offer traffic, roadway, transportation planning, aviation, structural (bridges and vertical), hydraulic, wastewater, water distribution, storm water, electrical, telecommunications, landscape architecture, and public outreach engineering and planning services.
