Joanna Cino, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and consultancy across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Neelands Group since September 2021, Joanna has held multiple senior roles including Sr. HR Consultant at Nimbus HR Solutions Group Inc and Human Resources Manager at Nova Steel Inc, where management of HR operations across high-volume facilities was key. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Business Partner at GE Appliances Canada, Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Tech Data, and HR Coordinator at Ontario Lottery & Gaming, among others. Joanna holds a BA in Social Sciences from McMaster University and a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
