Joost Mooijweer

Joost Mooijweer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2017. Joost initially worked as an Investment Manager at OFR, a venture capitalist firm, where they focused on IT and Life Sciences start-ups. During this time, they gained experience in sales and worked on various ventures in different market segments. From 2007 to 2009, Joost served as the Managing Director at Area010. In 2010, they briefly worked as an MC at Hope Entrepreneurship BV. Joost then joined Neele-Vat Logistics in 2011 as an Account Manager, learning the logistics trade and gaining insights into customer needs. Joost later took on the role of Operations Manager Maasvlakte, where they were responsible for safety and efficiency in the haz mat warehouse. In 2015, Joost became the Business Unit Manager, with a focus on the people and creating a talented team. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at Neele-Vat Logistics, where they work on delivering products through a robust and cost-efficient supply chain.

Joost Mooijweer attended Dr Nassau College from 1981 to 1989, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Joost then attended Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bedrijfskunde Propedeuse degree in Business Administration and Management. From 1997 to 2001, Joost Mooijweer attended Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, where they focused on Bedrijfskunde, corporate Finance, but did not specify earning a degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Safety Advisor ADR and Safety Advisor RID in May 2013 and has a certification in GDP Responsible Person, for which the institution and dates of obtaining are unknown.
