George H. Ballard Jr.

George H. Ballard Jr. has extensive experience in the high voltage electronics industry, currently serving as Group Lead at Neeltran Inc since July 2019. Previous roles include Assembler at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation from November 2016 to July 2019, and Senior Consultant in self-employment from June 2014 to December 2016. George also has experience as Production Engineer at Unipower LLC, managing production processes and outsourcing packages from February 2011 to May 2014. Prior to that, George held the position of Pre-Production Manager at Technipower Systems, overseeing custom power supply production from September 2006 to February 2011, and served as Production Supervisor at Universal Voltronics from September 1979 to August 2006, focusing on operational management and the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques. George completed education at Brewster High School from 1975 to 1979.
