Moiz Hussain

Moiz Hussain is the current Head of Finance & Compliance at Neem. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Stategy & Growth Officer at YPay Financial Services from May 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for connecting with Asset Management Companies in Pakistan and onboarding them onto the YPay platform. Moiz also created the Go-To-Market Strategy for YPay to create financial literacy amongst the targeted persona and ensure the conversion of millennials to the application. In addition, they were also involved in day-to-day affairs such as hiring, administration and interacting with other stakeholders such as the VC’s to report them on assigned KPI’s.

Prior to their role at YPay, Hussain served as Senior Manager at EY from November 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at Bulls Eye Consultancy. Moiz also served as Senior Vice President Finance at EFU General Insurance Ltd. from January 2015 to April 2016.

Moiz Hussain's educational career includes being certified in public accounting from a certified public accountant (CPA), being chartered in accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, having an advanced diploma in accounting and finance from CIMA, being an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and having a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.

Moiz Hussain reports to Nadeem Shaikh, Founder. Moiz Hussain works with Anuradha Weeraman - Head of Engineering, Umayr Khan - Senior Business Associate, and Jim Francis - Chief Technology Officer.
