Naeem Zamindar is the Founder at Neem. Naeem was previously the Lead Advisor on Digital Transformation at the World Bank Group from April 2019 to November 2019. There, they developed and advocated a strategy to enable the digital economy to become the driver for inclusive growth in Pakistan. Prior to that, Mr. Zamindar served as the Chairman of the Board of Investment (Technocrat with status of Minister of State) at Pakistan Board of Investment from November 2017 to August 2018, where they were responsible for promoting, facilitating and driving investment policy for Pakistan. Naeem is also a Global Advisor and was the CEO of Acumen Pakistan from April 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, Mr. Zamindar has served on the board of Ufone from January 2015 to November 2021 and was the CEO of Wateen Telecom from December 2010 to July 2014.

Naeem Zamindar has an MBA from INSEAD, a Directors Certification from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance/IFC, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Naeem also has O & A Levels from Karachi Grammar School and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Washington.
