Ken Lynch has extensive experience in product development and management within the cosmetic industry. Currently serving as the Product and Package Development professional at Neen Beauty since April 2021, Ken previously held the position of Vice President Of Product Development at Stila Cosmetics from January 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, Ken operated as the Owner of Saving Face Consulting from October 2018 to November 2019 and again from 2006 to 2015. Additional significant roles include Global Vice President of Product Development at Estee Lauder / California Creative Lab from July 2015 to September 2018, Vice President of Product Development at Stila Cosmetics / Estee Lauder Companies from 1999 to 2006, and General Manager at Stila Cosmetics from 1994 to 1999.
