Amanda Allsbrook

Amanda Malpass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda is currently working as a Regional Sales Engineer at Neenah Enterprises, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Atkins for ten years from July 2010 to December 2020 as an Engineer. In this role, they designed electrical components for runways and taxiways using AutoCad and managed projects ranging from $10 million to $200 million.

Before joining Atkins, Amanda was the Owner and Former Wedding Planner at Magnificent Moments Weddings from June 2015 to January 2020. Amanda successfully grew the business from zero to 45 events per year while increasing pricing by 12% annually. The company became a six-figure enterprise in three years, and they consistently exceeded client expectations.

Amanda also gained valuable experience through internships. Amanda worked at PBS&J International Inc as an Aviation Intern from November 2008 to May 2010 and as a Transportation Planning Intern from May 2008 to November 2008. Additionally, they worked as an ITS Intern at PBS&J International Inc from May 2007 to August 2007.

Their earliest work experience was at North Carolina State University's Office of Annual Giving, where they started as a caller and eventually became a Supervisor and Attendance Manager. During their time there from September 2006 to May 2010, they developed a training manual, managed a team of callers, and honed their telephone and communication skills.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Amanda Malpass earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2010. Amanda then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at East Carolina University from 2012 to 2014.
