Rusty Morey

Rusty Morey has over 20 years of work experience at Neenah Foundry and Neenah Enterprises, Inc. In their most recent position at Neenah Enterprises, Inc., they worked as a Quality/Industrial Engineer starting in 2020. Prior to that, Rusty worked at Neenah Foundry for over two decades, starting in 1997. During their time at Neenah Foundry, they held the role of Industrial Engineering Manager and was responsible for the safety and training of their direct reports, as well as training entry-level Industrial and Mechanical Engineers. Rusty utilized various methods such as traditional and modern IE stopwatch methods, Lean SixSigma, SMART goals, and Leader Standard Work to train and develop employees. Rusty also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Neenah Foundry from 2000 to 2012, where they focused on cost analysis, project management, and improving machine and labor performance through cost reduction and automation projects.

Rusty Morey has a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing System Engineering Technology/Industrial from Silver Lake College. Rusty also holds an Associate's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Fox Valley Technical College.
