Rachel Leitermann

Rachel (Gardner) Leitermann currently serves as a Contract Specialist at Oshkosh Defense since May 2023 and also holds the position of Assistant Volleyball Coach at Neenah Joint School District. Prior to these roles, Rachel was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Titan Property Management, LLC from October 2020 to May 2023 and an Assistant Coach at Kimberly High School from June 2021 to April 2023. Rachel gained experience as a Sales Development Representative at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. for a brief period in 2020 and as a Global Strategy and Marketing Intern at Oshkosh Defense from January 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, Rachel coordinated sports camps at UW-Oshkosh and worked as a waitress at Christianos Pizza, developing strong customer service and communication skills. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Digital Marketing Emphasis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a High School Diploma from Oshkosh West High School.
