Rick Cavaiani

Rick Cavaiani is the owner of Cavaiani Baseball Training, established in January 2018, focusing on individual and group lessons, as well as assisting players and families in the recruiting process to connect them with college coaches and professional scouts. Cavaiani also serves as an Educational Assistant - Cross Categorical at Neenah Joint School District since December 2017. Prior to these roles, Cavaiani was the Associate Director/GM at Panther Baseball Club, Inc. from November 2010 to October 2017, overseeing a large program with eight teams and over 130 participants. Earlier experience includes a position as Buyer/Specialty Shop Manager at Scheels All Sports from July 2007 to October 2010. Cavaiani holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from MATC Madison.
