Paul Biesiadecki

Paul Biesiadecki is an experienced executive in the paper and packaging industry, currently serving as Vice President Sales at Neenah since April 2024. Previously, Paul held the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Southern Index, Inc., a custom manufacturer of specialty substrates, from January 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Paul spent over 14 years at Mohawk Fine Papers, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing a digital business with full P&L responsibility, as well as leading sales and marketing efforts after promotions to Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager. Paul Biesiadecki holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
