Nathaniel Budd

Nathaniel Budd serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Neenan Archistruction since January 2022, contributing to the company's design and construction services through various planning initiatives. Previously, Nathaniel held the position of Strategy & Business Development Advisor at Water Horse Resources, playing a key role in the development of the $1 billion Regional Watershed Supply Project. As a Development Officer at Colorado State University from January 2016 to June 2020, Nathaniel was instrumental in achieving a fundraising goal of $1 billion to enhance student experiences and academic programming. Earlier in the career at Gannett, Nathaniel worked as a Key Account Executive, providing tailored marketing and advertising solutions to local businesses. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Business Administration from Colorado State University and attended Fountain Valley School.
