Arun Nair

Arun Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, engineering, and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Sourcing & Projects at Nefab since April 2021, Arun leads sourcing initiatives for the West region and contributes to business conversion projects focused on cost efficiency while developing sustainable solutions and identifying strategic partnerships. Previously, Arun held positions such as Design Manager for Packaging at Nefab, Design Manager at UKAY METAL INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, and Senior Product Design and Development Engineer at Samsonite, where responsibilities included product design preparation, advanced design surface creation, and team leadership in packaging design. Arun also has experience in consumer product design and development at Cosmoplast Industrial Co. LLC and started a career as a Design Engineer at Rishabh Instruments Private Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, and ongoing certification in Packaging Engineering from the Indian Institute of Packaging.
