Fred Hapiak

Fred Hapiak is an experienced executive with a robust background in international operations, business management, and sales within the energy storage and battery systems industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Nefab since September 2022, Hapiak previously held the position of President at Leoch International Holding from 2017 to September 2022, focusing on global business endeavors. Prior to that, Hapiak was a key member of the executive committee at Saft, overseeing energy storage systems and labor relations in France. Hapiak's extensive tenure at Saft America Inc. includes roles such as General Manager and Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, where significant contributions were made to the profitability and strategy of various industrial sites.
