Autumn Struk

Autumn Struk currently serves as the Director of Culture and Engagement at NEFCO since April 2025, focusing on colleague experience and culture change. Prior to this role, Autumn was the Lead Director of Culture & Engagement at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining sustainable programs for an organization of over 16,000 colleagues from April 2019 to April 2025. Autumn also held the position of Senior Manager, contributing to culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives for 12,000+ colleagues, and previously worked as a Business Project Program Manager at the New Britain Board of Education and as a Teacher. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Eastern Connecticut State University and training in Information Technology from the Air Force.
