Russell Taddeo

Russell Taddeo has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Russell is currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Optimization and Scalability at NEFCO Corporation since 2021. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Taddeo Advisory, LLC, in 2020, where they hold the position of President.

From 2017 to 2020, Taddeo worked at Dover Saddlery as the Vice President of Operations. Before that, they held the position of Director of Member Experience at Shop Your Way from 2016 to 2017, where they led a team of over 10,000 independent Personal Shoppers.

In 2015, Taddeo served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fashion Project, leading various departments and implementing strategies to support growth and profitability. Russell also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Fashion Project in 2014.

From 2010 to 2014, Taddeo worked as the Vice President of Operations at Rue La La, where they focused on optimizing the supply chain and fulfillment process. Prior to that, they held various roles at Staples from 2000 to 2010, including Director of Process Excellence Deployment and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Taddeo began their career as a consultant at LakeWest Group in 1999 and had a summer internship at The Disney Store in 1998.

Russell Taddeo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Afterward, they pursued an MBA specializing in Strategy and Marketing at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
