Thomas Drennen

Thomas Drennen is currently the CFO at Nefco Corporation. Thomas has previous experience as Treasurer at the Connecticut Baseball Charitable Foundation from January 2008 to December 2013. Drennen has also been the CFO at Tilcon Incorporated from June 2005 to March 2010 where they were a key member of the senior executive team reporting directly to the President of the company. Thomas was responsible for developing regional mechanisms for reporting operational results and then reviewing these results to close gaps and recommend improvements to the operations management teams. Drennen also partnered with the IT community on overall infrastructure strategy and tactical direction of all IT development and expansion issues. At Tilcon Incorporated, they were responsible for managing 5 direct reports and 40 indirect reports at 3 locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Thomas also administered human resource functions for all staff members, including interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees as necessary. Other responsibilities included information systems, policies and procedures, capital and financial budgeting, and external audits of all Tilcon entities.

Thomas Drennen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer at Work. Thomas also has a degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
