Jeffrey Plautz, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as President and Project Manager at Neff & Associates since December 2002. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as a Civil Engineer at Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. from August 2010 to June 2011 and as a Project Engineer at Woolpert from January 1999 to December 2002. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton and completed high school at University School.

Our surveying services include boundry and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, mortgage location surveys, construction staking, lot spit surveys, lot consolidation surveys, subdivision plans, legal descriptions and exhibits and more. Neff and Associates provide site planning services for various types of developments including new developments and vacant properties. We also do site planning for expansions and redevelopment of existing properties.
