Bill Shapiro

Bill Shapiro has extensive experience in customer service and education, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at NEFF since January 2020 and as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University - Purdue University - Indianapolis (I.U.P.U.I.) since January 2016. Previous roles include keyboard and guitar player for the Pack of Chihuahuas from 2001 to December 2019, a Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical at Navistar from November 1991 to June 2015, and Manager of the Controls Department at Moorfeed Corporation from January 1987 to November 1991. Bill Shapiro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis (1991-1997) and an Associate degree in Robotics from Southern Ohio College (1984-1987).
