Sunshine McCartt

Sunshine McCartt is an experienced Human Resource Director at Neff Group Distributors since February 2015, specializing in performance implementation, benefit negotiation, employee engagement, and compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, Sunshine serves as a Key Adjunct Professor of Business at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching business concepts to over 100 students per semester and fostering a positive learning environment. Previously, Sunshine owned and managed Caterpillar Clubhouse for almost 17 years, focusing on strategic leadership, recruitment, employee retention, and compliance with various laws while implementing process improvements and HR strategies.
