Noémie Balland has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Serveuse at Pizzeria l'Arlequin. In 2012, they became a Skiman - Vendeuse at Balland Ski. In 2014, they completed a Stage service Communication Marketing at Oxibis Group. In 2016, they worked as a Chef de projet Marketing digital et CRM at Minelli. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Créations Fusalp as an E-commerce Manager and a Chef de projet junior E-commerce. Currently, they are a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Project Manager at Neho.

Noémie Balland completed their Baccalauréat in Economie et social (spécialité mathématique) from Lycée Xavier Marmier in 2013.
