Tracy Burns

Tracy Burns serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Northeast Human Resources Association, leading the largest HR Association on the East Coast with a dedicated team and over 2,300 active members. Prior experience includes co-founding Hytched and roles such as Adjunct Professor at Clark University, Vice President of Human Resources at Harvard Management Company, Director of HR and Organizational Development at UMass Medical School, and HR Manager at Boston Beer Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Lesley University, completion of the LeadBoston program focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay.
