NEI is a privately held company committed to affordable housing with extensive experience in ground-up, senior living, skilled nursing, and historic preservation. Providing a full spectrum of general contracting and construction management services to clients throughout the United States. 

NEI has three regional offices, to help better serve its clients: Boston to serve the Northeast, Florida to serve the Southeast, and Texas to serve the Southwest.

This team collaborates closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to manage resources, address issues, and ensure that each project aligns with NEI’s mission of enhancing quality of life through affordable housing solutions.

Educational Leadership

The Operations Team at NEI General Contracting orchestrates the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to quality, time, and budgetary constraints. Comprised of Senior General Superintendents, Project Executives, and Vice Presidents overseeing regional operations, this team is pivotal in maintaining the company’s standards of integrity and diligence, leading initiatives across the Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest to build affordable housing and transform lives.

Operations Team

The Human Resources and Risk Management team at NEI General Contracting focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment. The Director of Human Resources leads initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while the Diversity and Inclusion Director champions efforts to ensure a diverse and equitable workplace. The Director of Risk Management oversees the identification and mitigation of potential risks, ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations. The Safety/Risk Coordinator supports these efforts by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections to maintain a secure working environment across all regional offices.
