The Human Resources and Risk Management team at NEI General Contracting focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment. The Director of Human Resources leads initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while the Diversity and Inclusion Director champions efforts to ensure a diverse and equitable workplace. The Director of Risk Management oversees the identification and mitigation of potential risks, ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations. The Safety/Risk Coordinator supports these efforts by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections to maintain a secure working environment across all regional offices.
