Connie Pearson is an experienced professional in the relocation services industry, currently serving as the Director of Domestic Services at NEI Global Relocation since June 2006, where management of a team of Account Executives and Assistants is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Connie held the position of Director of Service Delivery at Prudential Relocation from August 1996 to June 2006, overseeing a professional service delivery team for a multi-million dollar client portfolio and focusing on hiring, training, and coaching to improve customer service and financial outcomes. Additionally, Connie served as Director of Service Delivery at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services during the same period, starting from 1996. Early career experience includes the role of Account Executive at National Equity, Inc. from 1989 to 1992. Connie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Theatre from Drake University, earned in May 1984.
