Amy Drolet, PHR, GPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Neighbor To Family since November 2021. Previously, Amy held the position of Human Resources Director at the Flagler County Sheriff's Office from August 2019 to July 2020 and at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences from October 2018 to August 2019. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Sandvik from December 2007 to October 2018 as Sr Human Resource Director, in addition to roles as Senior Recruiter at First Data from August 2004 to December 2007 and as HR Generalist at Vicor from 1997 to 2003. Amy earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
