Ben Decker is currently the Head of Local Growth at Neighbor and holds an MBA from Yale School of Management. They have previously worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in strategy, growth, and marketing across the U.S. and Mexican markets. Prior to that, Ben served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant and as a research analyst at the International Monetary Fund, where they facilitated online economics courses for government officials. Ben has a passion for distance running, having competed in the 2024 US Olympic Trials Marathon, and is looking forward to exploring the running scene in Salt Lake City.
