Michaela Jones

Michaela Jones is an experienced dance and barre instructor with a strong background in dance education. Currently serving as a Barre Instructor at NEIGHBORHOOD barre since September 2021, Michaela also teaches dance at the Royal Oaks School of the Arts and the North Carolina Academy of Dance Arts, positions held since August 2020 and September 2018, respectively. Previous experience includes a role as a Dance Educator at Chocowinity Primary School from September 2019 to June 2020 and a summer internship at Charlotte Ballet in June 2017. Michaela holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Dance Education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
