Lauren Silvera is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at Neighborhood Charter Schools since August 2018 and as a Substitute Teacher at Source4Teachers since October 2016. Previous roles include Consultant for Worldwide Orphans Foundation and Customer Service Personnel at The Baird at South Orange. Lauren has also contributed as a Special Projects Intern at New Jersey Community Development Corporation and as a Tutor at Glenfield Middle School. Additional experience includes sales at Coach and leadership as Head Counselor at South Orange Summer Day Camp. Educational qualifications include an M.S.Ed. in Childhood/Special Education from Hunter College and a BA in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University.
