Nicholas Carton

Nicholas Carton, Ed.S, currently serves as the School Principal and Director of Leadership Development at Neighborhood Charter Schools since December 2016, where Nicholas also held roles as Founding Principal, Assistant Principal, and Director of School Culture. Previously, Nicholas worked as an Assistant Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools for a brief period in 2016 and taught as a 5th Grade Math Teacher at Monroe County Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes teaching 6th Grade at Charter Schools USA from 2013 to 2015. Nicholas Carton holds an Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education, along with a Specialist of Education Ed.S. in Educational Leadership: Instructional Leadership and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration. Nicholas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies from the University at Albany and completed high school at Pioneer High School.
