Sherica Donelson

Sherica Donelson is an experienced mental health professional and administrative supervisor currently serving as the Administrative Team Supervisor at Neighborhood Christian Centers, Inc. since February 2021. In this role, Sherica oversees a team focused on reducing gun violence and building community relationships in Memphis. Prior experience includes various positions at Alliance Healthcare Services, where responsibilities ranged from providing crisis support and therapy to coordinating services for vulnerable families. Sherica has a strong educational background, holding a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Strayer University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Memphis.
