Eric Ruiz

Eric Ruiz is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in client relations and digital experience. Currently serving as a Digital Experience Specialist IV at Neighborhood Credit Union since May 2021, Eric previously held positions at Credit Union of Southern California as a Member Care Center Representative II, and at Pacific Community Credit Union as both a Financial Service Officer and Financial Service Representative. Eric's career began at Bank of the West, where responsibilities included operations management and customer service. Throughout the various roles, Eric has demonstrated expertise in providing comprehensive financial solutions, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance member experiences.
