Jack Estes Jr is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at Neighborhood Credit Union since April 2016, Jack has previously worked as a contractor for Robert Half Technology, providing desktop support and hardware troubleshooting. Jack's experience includes supporting graduate programs at SMU Guildhall and serving as a hardware technician at AccentCare. Prior military service as an Information Technology Systems Specialist in the U.S. Army provided foundational skills in system administration and customer service. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Strayer University and an Associate degree in Security Information Systems from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
