Laura Malone is a dedicated professional with diverse experience spanning several roles in customer service and data management. Currently serving as a Fraud Analyst at Neighborhood Credit Union since October 2021, Laura previously held positions as an Operation Support Representative, Data Entry Operator at Information Technology Coalition, and Data Entry Clerk at Central Research, Inc. Laura began a career in retail as a Customer Service Representative at Toys R Us, where responsibilities included customer engagement, problem-solving, and order fulfillment. Laura Malone holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas at Dallas and an Associate of Arts in Art/Art Studies from Dallas College.
