Kayan Clarke

Kayan Clarke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and social services roles focusing on civil defense and housing justice. Currently serving as the Supervising Team Administrator for the Civil Defense Practice at Neighborhood Defender Service since February 2022, Kayan previously held the position of Paralegal Supervisor at The Legal Aid Society of NYC, where responsibilities included developing protocols for data collection aligned with the Universal Access to Counsel initiative. Kayan's background also features roles as a Case Manager with BronxWorks, Service Coordinator at Community Access, and Program Coordinator with buildOn, among others, demonstrating a strong commitment to advocacy and support for vulnerable populations.
