Martha Welman, MD is the Chief Medical Officer at Neighborhood Health, overseeing medical care at a Federally Qualified Community Health Center. Martha also serves as a Pediatrician at the center. Prior to this, Martha was the Director of Pediatrics at Mary's Center for Maternal and Child Health, where Martha established various programs and initiatives for the Latino community in Northwest DC. Dr. Welman graduated from the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine in 1987.
