Frank Smith

Franklin Smith has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality management and operations. From May 2019 to the present, they have served as the Senior Director of Quality at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. Prior to this role, from May 2021 to February 2023, they were the Director of Quality at the same company. From May 2019 to May 2021, Franklin was the Quality and Analytics Manager at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc.

Before joining Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc., Franklin worked at Clarus Linen Systems as the Operations Manager from April 2014 to May 2019. Franklin also had a role as the Marketing Coordinator at Buffalo Place Inc. from February 2013 to March 2014.

Franklin Smith attended Canisius University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
